Backup failure in Enterprise manager

Its showing the below errors , can someone suggest what to check.EM is able to login to F5 and its creating an archieve in F5 but for some reason its not able to take the UCS file to EM repository.

 

Your current user role does not have administrator permissions on the managed device that you are attempting to manage. Either log on to the Enterprise Manager as administrator or assign administrative privileges to the current user name on the managed device.
