AWS LTM keeps displaying "configuration utility restart"

What version of code are you running ? I had this issue previously with 11.6.0.4.0.420-HF4 https://devcentral.f5.com/s/feed/0D51T00006i7au8SAA It was resolved by F5 through an engineering fix but was supposed to be fixed in the next release
