ATM Encryption Deployment (transparent mode)

Hi F5 Team,

 

What configurations are we need, on this kind of deployment.

 

ATM Terminals "ATM Machine" pointing their host address directly to ATM Switch "Host". then, we are deploying F5 at the middle without any modifications on the side of ATM Terminals and ATM switch. the only modifications possible are to route the front end "layer 3 switch" of the ATM Terminal directly to F5 Self-IP and the ATM switch have a config to return the route traffic of ATM Terminal directly to F5.

 

Sample Setup: ATM-Terminal - Layer3switch - F5 - Coreswitch - ATM Switch "Host"

 

-ATM Terminal gateway to Layer3switch, then layer3switch gateway to F5

 

-F5 have a route to receive the traffic "TCP port 80000" coming from ATM Terminal, and pass the traffic to ATM switch

 

What Virtual Server are we going to use for this deployment? Are this config possible? Standard VIP: 0.0.0.0/0 port 80000 poolmember: "ATM switch:80000"
