assign Local traffic pool to APM Profile

Hi, i have a scenario that i want to authenticate users and after successful authentication, i want to assign a local traffic pool like below. It's supposed to display a web page which is pool member of this pool but it does not do that, it displays the message of : page can't be displayed. any ideas ?
