Is there a way to use iControl (or any other method) to get the ASM report details using the support ID returned to the end user. I've searched the SDK and forums but I haven't found anthing. Basically I want to give dev/qa easy access to the report details so they can see whats wrong without having to login to the admin gui.

I don't think iControl let's you interact at all with the Forensics database. This could be a nice feature though.
You could give them a read only account for the BIG-IP and then use a direct URL to the full request info page:
https://1.1.1.1/dms/policy/win_open_full_request.php?id=00000000000000000000

Do you know if there is a way I can get access to the MySQL forensics DB remotely (or any other method to get the forensics data programmatically)? I would like to expand our current SEM integration from just event logging to full forensics detail.
