ASM Support ID

Is there a way to use iControl (or any other method) to get the ASM report details using the support ID returned to the end user. I've searched the SDK and forums but I haven't found anthing. Basica...

I don't think iControl let's you interact at all with the Forensics database. This could be a nice feature though.

 

 

You could give them a read only account for the BIG-IP and then use a direct URL to the full request info page:
