ASM leaves any blocked requests I try to accept in Initialized state, and never learns them

Hello,

I am running BIG-IP 13.1.1.2 Build 0.0.4 Point Release 2 Virtual Edition.

 

I have this problem with the ASM: lately almost all the blocked requests I try to accept remain in the Inizialized status, and the green spinner on the Accept button keeps on spinning forever.

Any clue on why? I really urgently need my ASM learns these requests...

    Looks like your ASM policy history files contain 180+ revision database. We have faced similar issue in V13.x and opened support case. They suggested to delete some of policy_versions and later restarted the F5 device

     

    Suggest to open support case for more information.
