ASM leaves any blocked requests I try to accept in Initialized state, and never learns them

Looks like your ASM policy history files contain 180+ revision database. We have faced similar issue in V13.x and opened support case. They suggested to delete some of policy_versions and later restarted the F5 device

 

Suggest to open support case for more information.
