ASM Error

I configured one of the new F5 box today and activated the licenses.     I see the ASM license. However, when I click on ASM, I get an error saying "An error has occured while loading this ...

Hi,

 

 

If you search on AskF5 for that exact error string with the product set to BIG-IP ASM, you'll find SOL5485 (Click here) which details the likely cause of the issue.

 

 

It sounds like you are running on the Compact Flash slot? If so, you'll need to run ASM on one of the two harddrive slots. If you need help with the installation process check the LTM and ASM release notes for your version. F5 support should also be able to give you pointers on the overall process.
