ASM blocking request
Hi, We have deployed LTM alongwith ASM & are receiving following error while accessing 1 URL:e The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is: 17382046931144145370L
However same URL works fine from other portal which is hosted on same LTM & goes through same ASM and refers to same resource. Please help, how to troubleshoot?

Can you search for the support ID in your log messages - the matching log message will provide full details I would have thought.

Does it go through the same ASM policy though or does the other portal point to a different one? This may explain the difference in outcome. I'd go to the reporting - requests part of the GUI and search for the Support ID. It should tell you why it's being blocked in here. Perhaps add the URL to the list of Allowed URLs. Under Blocking - Settings do you have Illegal URL set to Block?
