Here's the regex pattern you could use:

^\/user\/([a-zA-Z0-9_\-\.]+)@([a-zA-Z0-9_\-\.]+)\.([a-zA-Z]{2,5})(\/.*)?$

Mind you, the use of regex is resource intensive.
