EmployeeUntil you have everything configured and working as expected I would suggest you not allow automatic syncing. To make the current standby device active, you must go to the active unit and click force to standby. You can find this under Device Management, Devices, .
If the device will not remain standby you have configured something incorrectly for the desired behavior, or you have a communications issue between the boxes.
