I'm not sure you could say definitively. If you are asking if there have been stability enhancements and improvements to our monitoring between 10.2.1 and 12.1.2 that would be a resounding yes. 10.2.1 has been out of Technical Support for some time and is not receiving any security patches or technical fixes.

 

I would suggest you upgrade to 12.1.3 if you want to look at the version 12 code base, but I would definitely recommend you upgrade. You may wish to open a proactive case with F5 support in case you run into problems with your upgrade.
