Apply QOS ON F5 LC

Hello , I need to apply a QOS policy on the LC that shares the traffic load on two links. My policy is to limit the bandwidth of an ip address group to 15 MB and another group to 30 Mb the rest has to go through the bandwidth that remains .the two links are at 50 MB. How can I realize this? Thank you for you.
