Hi,

 

This issue may be indicating many issues. Maybe you should try on another PC with the same version of IE. Sometimes, the Internet settings block the content from displaying within your browser. Right click on the app and select properties. Find the Zone your app belong to and then check options of the corresponding zone in the Security tab within Internet settings
