Application Level Health Monitor for Symantec DLP Server

I want to use F5 ADC for my Symentec DLP servers . F5 ADC configuration will be much like information given on below page

At present I am using tcp half open health check on my DLP server pool, and I wish to augment this health check by introducing an application level health check for icap servers. The details of this application level health check is given on symentec website (refence below)

I need to understand how can i configure this new health check on F5 ADC and use it along with my existing tcp half open check. I can't see any setting under health monitors for icap.

If there is any other way to deploy icap application health check on DLP server using http/https monitor please let me know
