APM VE hotfix upgrade 11.6

I want to apply the first hotfix for the latest software version for APM. I have uploaded both the base software version and the hotfix to the hard drive in boot location 2. When I try to activate the software on either the standby or primary, I get a lengthy error. Is there something I'm missing?

    what version are you upgrading from? and we would need to see the error in order to analyze. Can you add the error description?

    Attached is the error from the standby unit. I am on 11.6.0 adding build 1.0.403.

    Definitely worth opening a case with support on this one, incase this is a more widespread issue.

     

    Does this occur during the install of the new hotfix or when trying to activate the HD1.2 partition?

     

    It may be worth rebooting the device to clear up anything that may still be mounted from a previous install job.
