APM Using UPN, AD, and SAML

 

When I'm utilizing an AD Query based on the UPN value I'm not getting back entirely what I want to. When a UPN value has a hyphen or apostrophe in the name and it is set that way in the UPN, I am getting a hex return value. This value is exactly where the apostrophe or hyphen sit within the UPN value.

 

IE - smith-jones.marie@microsoft.com returns smith%jones.marie@mirosoft.com

 

Is there anyway to do a lookup while exempting all non standard letters in the alphabet?
