APM RADIUS Authentication FAILURE

Am using external RADIUS server for the user authentication with F5 Big IP APM ,but the user authentication is failed. I checked the APM logs and its showing that (error: packet verification failed, most likely the shared secret is not correct). I checked the shared secret both in RADIUS server and in APM and both are same. Please help me in resolving this issue.
