APM Portal Access - Troubleshooting Help..
I have a Big-IP APM, LTM, ASM setup, and I published the web application on APM webtop through portal access for the external users via portal.mycompany.com
Now the users are able to access the resources based on their AD Group as per my design and its working fine along with following issues.
1. In one of my web application contains search field and if the users are searching for
any of the previous data it’s not coming.
In tcpdump, I could see the 500 error is coming from the server IP.
I accessed the web application directly and through VS also, in both case it was working
perfectly the issue is happening only when I am accessing the application via portal link.
2. The application performance not good via portal access compare to direct access.
And also I have enabled ASM (Transparent mode) on all the web application and portal.mycompany.com APM Virtual server also.
If anyone could help me to trouble shoot this issue that would be highly appreciated.

We can support most applications via rewrite. Your best bet is to open a case with F5 support and include an HTTPWatch capture directly going to the application (make sure to clear cache and cookies before the capture) and also capture going through APM Portal. Please also detail all clicks and steps taken to reproduce the error. With this data we can attempt to reproduce your issue in our lab and more efficiently figure out where the incompatibility may be.
