BIG-IP APM:
We have sharepoint published via the F5 BIP IP APM policy.
the logon works fine. but when a user tries to browse to any other page on sharepoint as in add a URI to the domain name or URL ...

Can you specify what kind of error did you receive (500 404 ...)?
Did you see any errors in /var/log/ltm or /var/log/apm? during error?
you can also have a rewrite problem!!! you confirm hat hostname that you use to call your app from outside is the same from internal?
