APM Machine Cert Check and Match Issuer

Hello,

 

How could I check two different issuers in the Match Issuer section of the machine cert check box in access profile for example:

 

CN=gimmecerts1, DC=test, DC=com

 

CN=gimmecerts2, DC=test, DC=com

 

Need to add the latter issuer for the check.
