APM IdP - import a metadata file using tmsh

I have a APM solution set up as an IdP. I get sent metadata files when setting up an SP connector. This can be done via the F5 GUI but i want to know if you can also do this CIA the TMSH command line? Can you SCP the metadata xml to the APM then import there?

    Actually this looks easier than first thought

     

    Looking through the TMSH reference

     

    "create saml-sp-connector my_saml_sp_connector1 { import-metadata /shared/tmp/sp_metadata.xml} Creates a SAML sp-connector named my_saml_sp_connector1 from metadata file "/shared/tmp/sp_metadata.xml""
