APM: how to remove header logo under cusomization to default
Hi guys,
I was just deleting an access policy but I get the error that the logo.png is still in use. When browsing to the customization profile and selecting the access profile I see indeed the custom logo but there is no possibility to delete this or set back to the default values? anybody has experienced this before? because now I cannot delete the access profile and all the rest of the configuration for this customer...
Thanks for quick response!

I've experienced such issue with v11.6 (HF5). Wanted to open a support ticket (when deleting/restoring to default you should see a lot of errors in the httpd logs) but moved to 12.0 in the meantime. Which solved my issue. - jefp_185700

that's why it was a comment and not an answer :-) I would suggest to tail the httpd log while you perform the action. You should see some errors. Then open a support case. I guess it's a bug. F5 should be able to provide a workaround (probably deleting/renaming some objects on the filestore) in the meantime - jefp_185700

thanks amolari for the suggestion, we already hit many bugs on APM :-)

Hi,
Do you want to delete the policy and the logo together?
you can first delete the policy by unchecking the logo in the delete page then browse customization image library and delete the logo file.

Hi amolari,
we are still running 11.5.3 which is the most stable version in my opinion and we are not planning to upgrade any time soon. Still stuck with this issue, have a support ticket open for months now but there is also no progress from F5 side :(
