Apm fails to rewrite the URL within JavaScript

I have got this web application which does not work with apm.

The app login page is https ,after login page there is redirection to http from within a JavaScript present in the page.

For some reason apm doesn't rewrite the http URL within the JavaScript and present the app local URL instead of apm written URL.I have tried minimal patching in the portal access but same issue is there.

How can I force apm to rewrite the URL within JavaScript?
