Jul 21, 2015This may or may not be helpful but you should have 3 services: one for TCP 443 to the Connection Server, one for TCP 4172 to the VDI for session initiation, and one for UDP 4172 for PCOIP VDI traffic. If you're not seeing any UDP traffic, there's a good chance that either a) your View environment is not configured correctly, or b) more likely that you're firewalling UDP traffic. Can you confirm if the client is actually attempting to send UDP 4172?
