APM Access Policy >> Managed Sessions >> Session Detail logs - "mydomain.com can not be resolved." - issue.
Hi, I have the following issue with the APM. (new Partition, not in Common)
When connecting to the OWA service over the APM i have this log in the APM Session Detail logs: "mydomain.com not be resloved."
I have proper DNS servers configured int the System > Configuration > Device > DNS in addition I added x.x.x.x mydomain.com host entry int the System > Configuration > Device > Hosts
Any ideas? :)
I tried nslookup but I can't find the way to make it work in partition other than Common...

Routing issue maybe. Is it a separate route domain. Not using partitions, but could imagine if you create a separate route domain it might need a route to the name servers.

Hi, Thanks for the answer.
Unfortunately that's not the problem, I can ping DNS server from within the Partition ping x.x.x.x%1 works fine.

can you do a tcpdump to look for dns traffic ?

Hi, good tip, but:
-
when I ping: rdexec 01 ping domain.com I can see in tcpdump DNS query and reply, and ping is OK
-
when connecting over APM, there is no query in the tcpdump, just message in APM that domain.com cannot be resolved.
Any ideas why?
