APM - Time remaining reset and session end time

Hello, i have two problems with the APM implementation

1) Time remaining- when the end user get to the webtop he can see the time remaining until the session time out. however, if he refresh the browser the timer reset to the initial time. the session ends in the correct time no matter how much refreshes you will do. i talked to the support and they told me its a cosmetic bug that they don't believe will be prioritized. i wanted to know if there is any way to solve this issue with irule or session variables change..

2)Access Report- in the report there is an option to see the session.user.starttime but no end time, this is because once the session is deleted, it can not have another subsequent variable associated with it. so my question here is again , whether i can solve this problem with an irule. we at the moment don't have a syslog server to send the logs to
