AOM - Can I find the IP address anywhere?

I have a 1600 hanging on reboot and need to access the AOM to do a reboot from there. However no one can recall what the AOM address is. I can still SSH to the LTM that is hanging, so I am hoping tha...

Would this mean that I need to do a physical reboot on the actual unit? i believe so.
