No idea what you mean by SNAT-to-VIP. Can you post the iRule, so we can understand what do you mean?

I don't understand your question. However, you can use iRule or SNAT pool with the VS configuration for enabling SNAT.

No, there is no built in way to do what you are thinking. The only 2 ways are irule and using your VIP address in a SNAT pool. No, that does not cause an IP conflict.
