Any option/feature for SNAT-to-VIP other than using irule?

Is there any in-built features/options to achieve SNAT-To-VIP other than using irule? Appreciate your response. Thanks in Advance.

No idea what you mean by SNAT-to-VIP. Can you post the iRule, so we can understand what do you mean?
