if we enable analtyic in VS F5 does it use up the F5 disk or storage?

Yes it does! When you provision it, before you select submit, look at the fancy bar graphs for CPU, Disk, and Memory. The F5 will tell you how much will be allocated of each for AVR. The following clouddocs resource has a good photo showing this:
