Alert for pool member monitor failure but keep member enabled in F5

So let's say I have a pool "PoolA" with two monitors called "healthcheck" and "version". What I want is for the "healthcheck" monitor to disable any members in the pool that fails but ignore the result of the "version" check.

Instead, I would like to be alert via email if any pool members fail the "version" check. I'm guessing something like this can be done with icall.
