Adding other Vendor load balancer as server on BIGIP DNS

Hi

 

How can we add other vendor load balancer as a server on F5 GTM( BIGIP DNS) as in this case iquery will not work. What should be the minimum requirements like any ports to be opened between two ,layer 3 connectivity etc. ? If its done then its status should be green under server list to ensure its working ,right ?

    You should be add any generic 3rd party load balancer and any other health check that is supported on 3rd party load balancer. It's status would depend on the status of virtual servers under this server. As long as any virtual server entry is UP, it should be green.
