Adding a CA certificate and key

I have two F5s in a HA pair. When I add the cert and key, do I only need to do the import on one of the two devices and then it will sync to the other device?

    I am referring to a certificate and a key that will be used in SSL profile. I am not sure if I have to import the certificate and key on each F5 in the pair, and then associate that certificate and key to the client and server ssl profiles, or if I only need to do the import on a single F5 in the HA pair.
