I used HTTP_RESPONSE_DATA instead of HTTP_REQUEST_DATA
For the testing on the content, I used
if {[HTTP::header "Content-Type"] contains "text" && [HTTP::header exists "Content-Length"] && [HTTP::header "Content-Length"] <= 1048576}{
