Add-F5.LTMPoolMember, define the member more specifically
Hi,
I recently started out working with F5 BIGIP. My company runs it from before in a production environment, and for testing and training I started out with a couple of BIGIP VE virtual servers on Hyper-V.
iControl with powershell is something I'd like to learn more about, but I'm having some trouble with advanced use of the cmdlets so to say. The abovementioned Cmdlet as an example, in subject of this question. I can use it to add a member to an already existing pool with the -Pool and -Member ip:port parameter, but now it adds the ip as membername and ip-address, ip as node name and default health monitor on node list. How can these values be defined so I won't have to do it afterwards in the config gui or commandline.
possibly the -PoolMember param?
I'm very aware it might be just down to my limited knowledge of powershell scripting language, so if there is an answer, I'll try to use any example as a starting point for more self-studies.

Did you find a solution to this? I'm trying to add a 'name' attribute to pool members aswell.
