Add a new vlan and re-deploy vCMP guest?

Dear F5 Experts,

 

I am working on request where I need to create VIPs for Cisco Identity Service Engine 2.1 (ISE), And as part of this request, I need to add a New VLAN where the ISN PSN Nodes resides. I have the F5 Host and 2 vCMP guest(Prod & Non-Prod),

 

So After I create the New VLAN on the F5 Host, Should I re-deploy the vCMP guest(Prod in this case) for the changes to take effect.
