Active/Standby configuration in 5000s and 5050s.

We have two 5000s working in active/standby. Now we are going to built Disaster Recovery site where we will install two 5050s devices.

 

Can anyone confirm that 5000s and 5050s plateforms will working in active/standby. I know F5 recommends same plateforms but are 5000s and 5050s consider same plateforms because they have same number of ports.

    Hello starting with 11.5 i think, you can create heterogeneous clusters. Only point of warning is if you are using connection mirroring.
