Access was denied by a per-request policy

Hi all,

I have setted up access policy and then per-request policy for specific sites.

I have two accounts which are in same group Domain Users (As ALL users) and one of them can access and second one cannot.

I have already checked logs and there is allow, but only by access policy, I cannot see per-request policy logs.

Could you please help me with ?
