i want to restrict access to Management interface - meaning instead of blocking on services level (httpd and sshd) - i want to drop traffic based on source ip and port (iptables)

Cirrostratusi donot see why it would not be sufficient to block access to https and ssh based on ipaddress, and if you have a use case of why you want "Firewall " like ACL on management interfaces you will have to use AFM for that, AFM rules can be applied to the management interface.
