Access_Reject Packet from host

Hi,

 

I have just loaded a scf onto a devise and when testing we are getting the follwoing error RADIUS module: authentication with 'user.name' failed: Access-Reject packet from host 127.7.0.1:1812(3).

 

I have checked the shared secret and reset this and then rebooted the devise. Can anyone shed some light on this please?

    Just to update this, in the safenet portal errors are showing saying invalid user account. These are working fine though on the APM that the SCF was originally taken from.
