Could well be a bug. Check hotfixes for updates. Which page are you on and which link are you clicking or is this bookmark?

I was having the same problem after upgrading from v10.2.4 HF3 to v12.1.2HF2, I performed the following procedure and solved the problem. touch /service/mcpd/forceload reboot https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K13030

Access forbidden on GUI

Hi Guys

I'm getting a strange error on the LTM GUI

I've never seen this before checked permissions and everything looks fine

checked the tmsh modify httpd allow all still the same thing
