Access error using API from one application to an other application VIP on F5 using HTTPS

Hello All, I'm working on an issue and I need your advice to fix it.

 

Issue: we have a partner application and it wants to communication with our application VIP () on F5 using HTTPS and by using API.

 

Partner application initiate a https session to our on premises application and use API for an application level access.

 

The challenge we have is the partner is changing the SSL certificate every 3 months and whenever there is a certificate change at the partner side then HTTPS access between the on premisses application and the partner application is not working.

 

Ideally when the application VIP on F5 intiate a HTTPS session with an other application using API and during the SSL handshake process it should get the new certificate.

 

Could you please help me to know how can I fix this issue on F5?

 

could you also help me to know how the on premisses application can talk to the partner application using API and by using HTTPS?
