Access by https and ssh

Hi,     I know it must be a stupid question, but does anybody know how to activate the access by https and ssh in the internal self ip??     Thank you in advance!

personally I'd run a 'full_box_reboot' or a 'bigstart restart' then check the process come up successfully with 'bigstart status'.
