Access by https and ssh

Hi,     I know it must be a stupid question, but does anybody know how to activate the access by https and ssh in the internal self ip??     Thank you in advance!

Do you have restrictions in /etc/hosts.allow? Can you check the /var/log/secure file and see if anything is logged when the connection attempt is dropped?
