Access by https and ssh

Hi,     I know it must be a stupid question, but does anybody know how to activate the access by https and ssh in the internal self ip??     Thank you in advance!

this is what appears with the tcpdump: (I do not see anything which can give me a clue about what it's happening.) I hope you can help me
