about support.f5.com
In my company we have f5 equipment assigned to an account at support.f5.com. Is it possible to add several colleagues to this account, or I need to give them my login and password for the account?

Option 1: Create one master account and share userID and password to all engineers and keep changing password regularly if any employee leave from organisation.
Option 2: Create several colleagues and asked F5 Account Manager to mapped it to base account.
Both cases customer has to keep eye on account.

Samir Jha, Thank you very much for your answer, if I want to go Option 2 , do I have to write it directly to F5 Networks (support@f5.com)?
Check with F5 Account Manager.

I apologize, but I don't understand how to do this. Need to write in support of F5, create a case or do something in the account?
This is what I see in my account, is there anything I need to do here?

Hi,
easier, send an email to support@f5.com and explain your need. Don't forget to specify an F5 BIG-IP Serial Number in your email.
