401 unauthorized and Page not found

Hi Everyone,

 

We have an encountered an error with regards with Error 401 when accessing a page from F5 So the setup is we create different pool (for testing purposes) for the sharepoint server, they have the same configuration. -- 172.16.2.190 is Sharepoint 1 gateway is F5 floating IP (172.16.2.22) inline setup -- 172.16.2.194 is Sharepoint 2 gateway is vlan IP (172.16.2.1) one-arm setup

 

For inline setup: - F5 external ip is 172.16.110.20 and floating ip is 172.16.110.22 - F5 internal ip is 172.16.2.20 and floating ip is 172.16.2.22 - Pool is 172.16.2.190 port 80 - F5 VS is listening on IP 172.16.110.127 port 80 without SNAT since gateway of 172.16.2.190 server is the F5?s floating IP ***Issue ? user access the virtual server but will come up with page as ?401 unauthorized?

 

For one-arm setup: - F5 internal ip is 172.16.2.20 and floating ip is 172.16.2.22 - Pool is 172.16.2.194 port 80 - F5 VS is listening on IP 172.16.110.127 port 80 with SNAT Automap since gateway of 172.16.2.194 server is the vlan?s IP ***Issue ? user access the virtual server and can go with the main page, but cannot access sub-resources or links on that page (page not found)

 

Can anyone know how can we address theses issues?
