401 unauthorized and Page not found

Hi Everyone, We have an encountered an error with regards with Error 401 when accessing a page from F5 So the setup is we create different pool (for testing purposes) for the sharepoint server...

Sounds like your SharePoint is trying to use NTLM. DO you have an NTLM profile attached to your virtual server?
